BLD -- 電子萬能拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī) （液晶顯示）

一、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)是用來對(duì)材料進(jìn)行靜載、拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、剪切、剝離等力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)用的機(jī)械加力的試驗(yàn)機(jī)，適用于塑料板材、管材、異型材，塑料薄膜及橡膠、電線電纜等材料的各種物理機(jī)械性能測試為材料開發(fā)，為物性試驗(yàn)、教學(xué)研究、質(zhì)量控制等*的檢測設(shè)備，拉力機(jī)夾具作為儀器的重要組成部分，不同的材料需要不同的夾具，也是試驗(yàn)?zāi)芊耥樌M(jìn)行及試驗(yàn)結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確度高低的一個(gè)重要因素。

二、適用范圍：

三、主要特點(diǎn)

采用進(jìn)口光電編碼器進(jìn)行位移測量，控制器采用嵌入式單片微機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)，內(nèi)置功能強(qiáng)大的測控軟件，集測量、控制、計(jì)算、存儲(chǔ)功能于一體。具有自動(dòng)計(jì)算應(yīng)力、延伸率（需加配引伸計(jì)）、抗拉強(qiáng)度、彈性模量的功能，自動(dòng)統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果；自動(dòng)記錄zui大點(diǎn)、斷裂點(diǎn)、點(diǎn)的力值或伸長量；采用計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)過程及試驗(yàn)曲線的動(dòng)態(tài)顯示，并進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理，試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后可通過圖形處理模塊對(duì)曲線放大進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)再分析編輯，并可打印報(bào)表，產(chǎn)品性能達(dá)到先進(jìn)水平。

七、故障及解決方法：

一、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)加荷時(shí)，指針顫動(dòng)或時(shí)走時(shí)停

1、離合器齒輪磨損：需要修理或更換。

2、摩擦盤的皮墊圈或彈簧磨損：需更換皮墊圈或彈簧。

3、操縱手柄移位：調(diào)整操縱手柄，使其與牙槽配合好。

二、更換擺砣時(shí)指針不回零

1、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)安裝不水平：用水平儀把試驗(yàn)機(jī)調(diào)整水平。

2、擺錘不垂直：只掛A砣。調(diào)整平衡砣，使之垂直。

三、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)擺錘回位太快或太慢

1、緩沖閥擋位位置放置不當(dāng)：調(diào)整緩沖閥到適當(dāng)位置。

2、液壓油黏度過低或過高：液壓油黏度過低時(shí)擺錘回落快，黏度高時(shí)回落慢．應(yīng)更換適當(dāng)黏度的液壓油。

3、緩沖閥內(nèi)、油管內(nèi)或液壓油有臟污：清洗緩沖閥、油管。更換液壓油。

四、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)指針回零滯怠或不穩(wěn)定

1、指針軸承、主軸軸承銹蝕或有油污：清洗或更換軸承。

2、齒桿變形或齒桿與齒輪不嚙合：校直齒桿或清洗、修整齒輪、槽輪等傳動(dòng)部件。

3、緩沖閥內(nèi)有臟污：清洗緩沖閥。

五、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)示值正偏差

1、短臂刀刃有松動(dòng)：把刀刃緊牢。

2、擺砣偏輕：給砣配重（要兼顧A、B、C砣的重量）。

六、示值負(fù)偏差zui主要原因是各部件之間的摩擦阻力過大

1、指針軸承、擺軸軸承和測力傳動(dòng)部件摩擦阻力過大：主要是調(diào)整、清洗軸承及測力傳動(dòng)部件．消除不正常的摩擦阻力。

2、上夾頭、從動(dòng)針彈簧片松緊度和描繪裝置的摩擦阻力大：調(diào)整上夾頭、從動(dòng)針彈簧片松緊度和描繪裝置部件．消除不正常的摩擦阻力。

3、活塞桿與擺桿相接部位不靈活：調(diào)整兩者相接部位。使之靈活自如。

七、從動(dòng)針滯阻或移位

1、從動(dòng)針彈簧片彈力大小或從動(dòng)針與指示盤摩擦阻力大小造成的影響：調(diào)整從動(dòng)針彈簧片的彈力或從動(dòng)針與指示盤的問隙。

2、從動(dòng)針兩端重鼉有偏差：調(diào)整兩端重量，使其平衡。

八、示值無規(guī)律的偏差

1、齒桿、齒輪有油污、磨損或有毛刺：消除齒桿、齒輪的油污、毛刺，找出超差時(shí)的齒桿接觸點(diǎn)，然后修正齒桿、齒輪；如不能消除誤差．更換齒桿、齒輪。

2、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)試驗(yàn)機(jī)安裝不水平：調(diào)整水平。

3、齒桿彎曲：校直或更換齒桿，調(diào)整滾動(dòng)槽輪的問隙。

九、計(jì)算機(jī)軟件聯(lián)機(jī)后出現(xiàn)提示框信息顯示超載。

解決方案是檢查計(jì)算機(jī)與試驗(yàn)機(jī)的通訊線是否脫落;檢查聯(lián)機(jī)選擇傳感器是否選擇正確;檢查zui近的試驗(yàn)或操作鍵

盤時(shí)傳感器是否被撞過;檢查出現(xiàn)問題之前是否使用了軟件的校準(zhǔn)或標(biāo)定功能;檢查是否手動(dòng)更改過校準(zhǔn)值、標(biāo)定值或硬件參數(shù)中的其他信息。

十、試驗(yàn)機(jī)主機(jī)電源不亮，不能上下移動(dòng)。

解決方案是檢查接入試驗(yàn)機(jī)的電源線路是否連接正常;檢查急停開關(guān)是否處于擰起狀態(tài);檢查接入試驗(yàn)機(jī)的電源電壓是否正常;檢查機(jī)器插座上的保險(xiǎn)是否燒斷，請(qǐng)取出備用保險(xiǎn)絲安裝即可。

十一、試驗(yàn)機(jī)主機(jī)電源有電但設(shè)備不可以上下移動(dòng)。

解決方案是檢查是否是15S（時(shí)間）以后設(shè)備還無法移動(dòng)，因?yàn)橹鳈C(jī)開機(jī)需要自檢，大概需要15S時(shí)間;檢查上下限位是否再恰當(dāng)?shù)奈恢?，有一定的運(yùn)行空間;檢查接入試驗(yàn)機(jī)的電源電壓是否正常。

八、油源的保養(yǎng)：

   1、定期檢查主機(jī)和油源處是否有漏油的地方，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有漏油，應(yīng)及時(shí)更換密封圈或組合墊;

   2、根據(jù)機(jī)器的使用情況及油的使用期限，定期更換吸油過濾器和濾芯，更換液壓油。

   3、長時(shí)間不做試驗(yàn)時(shí)，注意關(guān)斷主機(jī)電源。如果機(jī)器在待機(jī)狀態(tài)，轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)應(yīng)打到“加載”檔，因?yàn)槿绻D(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)打在“快退”檔，電磁換向閥一直在通電狀態(tài)，會(huì)影響   該器件的使用壽命。

九、控制系統(tǒng)保養(yǎng)：

  1、定期檢查控制器后面板的連接線是否接觸良好，如有松動(dòng)，應(yīng)及時(shí)緊固;

   2、試驗(yàn)后若有一段較長的時(shí)間不用機(jī)器時(shí)，關(guān)閉控制器和電腦;

   3、控制器上的接口為一一對(duì)應(yīng)，插錯(cuò)接口可能對(duì)設(shè)備造成損壞;

   4、插拔控制器上的接口必須關(guān)閉控制器電源。
